Sacramento Valley Industrial Advisors (SVIA) is a team of seasoned professionals in the real estate industry with over 30 years of combined experience. Matt Cologna has been with Grubb & Ellis since 1997 after graduating from Sacramento State in 1994 and working in sales and operations management for The Sleep Train for seven years.
Matt’s professional experience spans both leasing and sales of industrial and commercial properties and land acquisition and assemblage for developers. He has represented clients from local, regional, national and international companies and prides himself on understanding the clients’ needs and finding an appropriate property that allows their real estate decisions to support their companies’ long term objectives.
Matt stays involved in the community and serves as President of the Board of Sierra Child and Family Services, a non-profit geared towards helping abused and at risk children. Additionally, he is past president of the business alumni chapter, a member of the College of Business Advisory Committee, a member of the Presidents Circle and a board member for the Alumni Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity all at Sacramento State.

 Kye Huff has facilitated sales of over 2 million square feet of commercial property with a value of over $320 million. Mr. Huff concentrates on the team’s consistent approach and high standard of representing active sellers and buyers in income producing property sales. Working as an integral part of the Sacramento Valley Industrial Advisors, Mr. Huff is able to provide his clients with up to date and accurate capital structures, asset types and market conditions for industrial property types in the greater Sacramento region and Central Valley.

 Bryce MacDonald, an agent with Grubb & Ellis since 2004, has completed more than 200 sale and lease transactions for industrial and commercial properties totaling over two million square feet in the Sacramento and San Joaquin markets. He was the Grubb & Ellis “Rookie of the Year” for 2006. Currently, he is involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Sacramento as well as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Amy Ruiz is the Marketing Assistant for the team. 1998 was the year Amy began her career in marketing roles for commercial real estate. Her duties range from formatting marketing letters to researching property information on the furthest reaches of the Internet. Joining Grubb & Ellis in 2007, Amy's creativity and strong work ethic ensure a job well done.

Our Latest News. Grubb & Ellis Increases Presence in Central Valley: Grubb & Ellis Company (NYSE: GBE), a leading real estate services and investment firm, announced today that it has increased its presence in the Central Valley with the relocation of its Stockton office to a new, larger location. The company has had an office in Stockton since 1986.
Working from the new office will be Tim Pryor, Bryce MacDonald, Matt Cologna, Kye Huff, and Amy Ruiz.
The Central Valley is a major center of agri-business, assembly/manufacturing and logistics services. Its central location and two major intermodal facilities make San Joaquin County attractive to many distribution and manufacturing businesses.
