Matt Cologna, SIOR, Senior Director began his real estate career in 1997 after graduating from Sacramento State University in 1994 and working in sales and operations management for The Sleep Train for seven years. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was a consistent top producer with Grubb & Ellis for 15 years. Matt covers a wide range of fields including Landlord and Tenant representation, land assemblage, user and investments sales and consulting. Matt stays involved in the community. He has served as President of the Board of Sierra Child and Family Services, a non-profit geared towards helping abused and at risk children. Additionally, he is past president of the business alumni chapter, a member of the College of Business Advisory Committee, a member of the Presidents Circle and a board member for the Alumni Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity all at Sacramento State. Bryce MacDonald, a Director with Cushman & Wakefield began his career in commercial real estate in 2004. He concentrates on Landlord and Tenant representation and Owner/User sales in the Sacramento & Stockton markets. He has completed more than 300 sale and lease transactions for industrial and commercial properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, Bryce was at Grubb & Ellis where he was consistently ranked as one of the 10 top agents in the office. Currently, Bryce is on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Please see the attached resume for more information about Bryce.

Amy Ruiz is the Marketing Specialist for the team. Amy began her career in marketing roles for commercial real estate in 1998. Amy's creativity and strong work ethic ensure a job well done. Not only does Amy handle marketing, administration, project management and research tasks for the team, but she also has integrated social media into the team's marketing efforts. Proud to be an eighth generation Californian, Amy is on the Board of Directors for Los Californianos, a genealogy and heritage organization of the descendants of early (pre-1848) Hispanic settlers in California.
